The lack of temperature control made my stay uncomfortable!!! Housekeeping needs to respect the Do Not Disturb sign better and understand its meaning!!! Also, the confusing promotions could use clearer communication!!!

absolutely, the dirty window ruined my river view. the air conditioning was a joke, couldn't sleep with that strobe light above my head. i would’ve loved a complimentary upgrade for all this inconvenience but alas, just a basic room for me. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. what a letdown, really.

Spacious room, friendly staff, with impressive amenities including a fitness center and indoor swimming pool that made my stay enjoyable. Its proximity to the Metro, just a short walk away, was perfect for exploring the area easily.
